What are five most frequently played songs on your iPod playlist? Currently, "I Cry," Flo Rida, "Everybody Got Their Something," Nikka Costa, "If Today Was Your Last Day," Nickleback, "God Gave Me You," Blake Shelton, and "Learn My Lesson," Daughtry

What is your favorite movie? I don't really have a favorite movie, but I love watching "Criminal Minds" … I should have been a detective.

Is there a hobby you can't live without? Working Out and teaching fitness classes — currently teach at the YMCA in Sanford; it is a great place to be!

Where would someone be most likely to find you on a Saturday night? At home.

What was your dream job when you were a child? I wanted to be a teacher.

What are some of your favorite things? The beach with my husband, snow (yes, I miss the snow), reading, spending time at home, spending time with my husband, playing with my cats, traveling and experiencing new things, working out, and spending time alone.

Ideal vacation spot: Italy.

If you were given $5,000 to donate to a non-profit organization, which would you pick? The Alzheimer's Association — Alzheimer's disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States, and the only cause of death among the top 10 in the United States that cannot be prevented, cured or even slowed. Working in health care for the past 16 years, I have seen the devastating effects on patients and their loved ones.

What's the worst injury you've ever had? A cut Achilles tendon.

Ever been outside the United States? I have been to Canada and South Korea.

Did you have a childhood nickname? Kat

Biggest pet peeve? Just one? Seriously? Dirty dishes in the sink after you have already cleaned it.

What's your usual wake-up time in the morning? 5:30 a.m.

Ever seen a ghost? Maybe a spirit when my grandmother passed away, I swear I saw an image floating in my room.

What was your favorite TV show when you were growing up? "Growing Pains"

Who's your best friend and why? My husband — he is so kind, caring and fun to be around.

You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late one more time, you get fired. What do you do? Save the dog

What's your favorite condiment? Ketchup.

How do you define success? By how you sleep at night and by how others speak of you.
