What is your favorite book? Mathematics textbooks, because I really enjoyed Math as a child and studied a lot on my own.
Is there a hobby you can't live without? Fishing is my favorite hobby that I can't live without.
Is there an item or collectible you hold dear? It's not an item, but I hold my family dear.
Where would someone be most likely to find you on a Saturday night? Most of the time, you can find me at work in the restaurant.
What was your dream job when you were a child? Truck driver because I wanted to travel and see new places.
What are some of your favorite things? Traveling to new places and back home to Greece, also I love sports cars.
What would be your last meal? Spaghetti with meat sauce and cheese.
Who would be your ideal dinner guests? (Name three, living or dead) Jesus, Charles Bronson and Peter Falk (Columbo).
What is something interesting most people don't know about you? I was going to be a lawyer in Greece before coming to America.
Ideal vacation spot: North Carolina mountains.
Favorite professional sports team: Germany's soccer team.

What's the worst injury you've ever had? When I was 10 years old, living in Greece, I fell from a bridge. We had no doctor in town to treat my head wound, so my mother bandaged it up and it healed up fine.
Ever had a brush with celebrity? Terry Labonte
What would you like to know about the future? I would like to know how my grandson turns out and what he becomes when he grows up.
What's your favorite website? I am always on Greek news websites.
Would you go bungee jumping or skydiving? I would never do either one.
Do you have a tattoo? I do not have any tattoos.
Any fears or phobias? I fly, but have a phobia of airplanes.
Ever been outside the United States? I was born in Greece before living in America. I have visited home many times, and also Canada, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland.
Did you have a childhood nickname? Tsilia was my nickname as a child.

Would you consider plastic surgery if someone else paid for it? I would not consider plastic surgery because I am happy with myself.
What's the most embarrassing experience you've ever had at work? I was looking for my glasses and asked my wife where they were, but they were on my face the whole time.
Which actor would portray you in a movie about your life? Charles Bronson, if he were still alive.
Biggest pet peeve? People cutting me off very close in traffic.
What's your usual wake-up time in the morning? 6 a.m.
What talent do you wish you had? Great singing ability
Ever seen a ghost? I have never seen one, but I heard footsteps in the attic in a restaurant I used to own before moving to Sanford.
What superhero power would you most like to have? Super strength.
What was your favorite TV show when you were growing up? I loved watching cartoons growing up.
Favorite dessert? Banana pudding
Who's your best friend and why? My long-time friend Tommy at Captain Tom's Seafood Restaurant in Staley. We worked together for four years and he even helped me with my new business in the '70s. We share the same ideas in business.
You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late one more time you get fired. What do you do? I would save the dog and deal with being fired. I can always find another job, and who knows, maybe a better one.
If you could go back in time and change one historic event, what would it be? I would prevent the Greek Civil War that went on from 1945-1952. My father was killed in this war, as well as many others.
What's your favorite condiment? Black Pepper.
Do you have bumper stickers of any kind on your car? N.C. Highway Patrol support sticker.
If you could create one rule that all society had to live by, what would it be? To make sure all people stay off drugs, because they destroy lives and families.
How do you define success? Being happy in what you're doing in life.
Ever wondered why Kamikaze pilots wore helmets? Yes, doesn't make sense since they're going to die anyway.
Hamburger or pizza? Pizza, pepperoni and cheese with crushed red pepper.
