What are five most frequently-played songs on your iPod playlist? I really just listen to whatever is playing on my Pandora shuffle. Right now I have it on the Christmas play list, but normally I listen to contemporary Christian music. However, I really love all music and choose what to listen to based on what mood I’m in.

What is your favorite movie? I love a movie. I have so many favorites it’s hard to pick just one, but, since it’s Christmas time I’ll tell my favorite Christmas movie. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase is my all-time favorite Christmas movie! It makes me laugh so hard every time and we watch it every Christmas.

What is your favorite book? The Necessity of an Enemy, by Ron Carpenter

Is there a hobby you can't live without? No, not really. If and when I have spare time, I like to spend it being with my family and friends.

Is there an item or collectible you hold dear? A set of my late aunt’s Blue Willow China Dishes.

Where would someone be most likely to find you on a Saturday night? It’s hard to say. My husband and I are crazy busy all the time so there is no telling where you would find us!

What was your dream job when you were a child? When I was in the 3rd grade I thought I wanted to be an archeologist, which is completely ridiculous now because I don’t like dirt or outside. Then when I got a little older, I wanted to be a nurse or something in the medical field because I’ve always loved helping people.

What are some of your favorite things? The one thing I can’t live without is my lip gloss. My Saturday wear (my Crossroads Ministries T-shirts and jeans). And, my Bible.

What would be your last meal? Without question, it would be Filet Mignon, over-loaded baked potato, salad with homemade ranch dressing and sweet tea with lemon.

Who would be your ideal dinner guests? (Name three, living or dead) Jesus, my mom and my husband. Luckily, because Jesus is always with me I get to eat with these three often.

What is something interesting most people don't know about you? Even though I do public speaking now, it was at one time one of my biggest fears.

Ideal vacation spot: A tropical scene, preferably Hawaii.

Favorite professional sports team: I don’t like sports, except for when my son is playing ... then I get into it a little too much.

If you were given $5,000 to donate to a non-profit organization, which would you pick? This is very hard because there are some many dear to my heart, however, I would have to break it up and give to my church, Crossroads Ministries in Broadway, CCH Auxiliary and the United Way.

What's the worst injury you've ever had? I broke my left pinky finger the summer after the second grade.

Ever had a brush with celebrity? I like to think I saw Dale Earnhardt Jr. shopping at the Concord Mall in Charlotte, but it may not have been him.

What would you like to know about the future? How I’m going look old?

What's your favorite website? Right now it’s Lumber Liquidators because we are building a house and I cannot decide on floors!

Would you go bungee jumping or skydiving? Yes!

Do you have a tattoo? No.

Any fears or phobias? My greatest fear is something happening to my children.

Ever been outside the United States? Yes, just to the Bahamas.

Favorite kind of cookie? Pull apart chocolate chip fresh out of the oven.

Favorite season? Fall.

What's the hardest thing you've ever had to tell someone? I’ve had to have a lot of hard conversations, it’s not fun.

Would you consider plastic surgery if someone else paid for it? Sure, you know someone?

What's the most embarrassing experience you've ever had at work? There’s so many ... Let’s just say, I’m very clumsy!

Which actor would portray you in a movie about your life? I’ve been told I look like Tiffany Amber Thiessen (Kelly Kapowski of Save by the Bell), so I would be totally ok with that!

What's your usual wake-up time in the morning? 6:30 a.m.

What talent do you wish you had? Singing.

Ever seen a ghost? Nope.

What superhero power would you most like to have? Teleporting, being able to be anywhere just by thinking about it. This would solve two problems: always being late and getting car sick.

What was your favorite TV show when you were growing up? Who’s The Boss and Full House.

What's your cell phone ringtone? An old car horn.

Favorite dessert? Cheesecake.

Who's your best friend and why? My BFF is Tiffany Thomas because we’ve been through everything together. She is the most caring, generous, over-achiever I’ve ever met and I know that I can always count on her if I ever need anything. She’s not the kind of friend that says call me if you need something; she's the friend that is there doing the thing you’ve not even told anybody that you needed. She’s amazing like that and I love her.

You are walking down the street on your way to work. There is a dog drowning in the canal on the side of the street. Your boss has told you if you are late one more time you get fired. What do you do? Save the dog and use my super power of teleportation to get to work on time.

If you could go back in time and change one historic event, what would it be? Holocaust — senseless tragedy.

What's your favorite condiment? Duke’s Mayonnaise.

Do you have bumper stickers of any kind on your car? No.

If you could create one rule that all society had to live by, what would it be? Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.

How do you define success? When I get to heaven, I want for the Lord to tell me, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”

Ever wondered by Kamikaze pilots wore helmets? Now that you mention it ...
