BROADWAY — “B.F.” Webb died Thursday (6/20/13) at Sanford Health and Rehab Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Harnett County and member of Harmony Baptist Church. He served in the Korean Conflict for four years. After returning back to Harnett County, he retired as a contractor in the brick mason industry after 53 years. He was the son of the late Dewitt and Minnie Bell Webb. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Wilma S. Webb; and brothers, Shelton and Jack C. Webb.
Funeral service will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Graham officiating. Burial will be at Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at O’Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home and other times at the home of Shirley Webb.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Webb; daughter, Kathy Byrd and husband Duane of Bunnlevel; son, Tim of Fuquay-Varina; stepson, Joel Wood of Sanford; stepdaughter, Melissa Ansley and husband Gary of Sanford; sisters, Shirley Webb Mace of Gastonia, and Linda Frantz of Pennsylvania; brother, Larry and wife Lib of Dunn; eight grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

CLARA MAE MARTIN
SANFORD — Graveside service for Clara Mae Martin was held Friday at Culdee Presbyterian Church Cemetery in West End with the Rev. Billy Norris officiating. Special readings and prayers were presented during the service.
Arrangements were by Miller-Boles Funeral Home.
SANFORD — Roberta McCrae, 44, of 2520 Summerfield Drive, died Tuesday (6/18/13) at Central Carolina Hospital.
She is survived by her father, Harvey McCrae, and sister, Barbara McCrae, both of Hartfield, Conn.
Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday at Little Galilee Church. Burial will follow at Minter-Alston Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
