JONATHAN DAVID BARNES WOMBLE

SANFORD — Jonathan David Barnes Womble was born in Chatham County on Aug. 4, 1989 and departed this life on Dec. 21, 2013.

In spite of all his physical challenges, Jay, as he is called by all who loved him, always thought of others more than himself. He was full of joy and never complained. His heart's desire was to become a singer, just like Justin Bieber. He collected Yu-Gi-Oh cards in different languages. Jay graduated from Lee Senior High School on June 9, 2011. He was a member of the JROTC. Jonathan fought a good fight, he finished his race. (2nd Timothy 4:7)

Jay leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Arnold Wayne Womble and Sylvia McDaniel Womble of the home; a brother, Jacob Womble of the home; sisters, Amanda Hinson and husband Joshua of Ft. Bragg and Gabby Womble of the home; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Dorothy Womble of Sanford; maternal grandparents, David and Janet McDaniel of Siler City and a loving niece, Sophia Hinson of Ft.
