LILLINGTON — Doris Mae West Fish, 78, died Monday (3/25/13) at Greenleaf Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Rosa West; and brother, Toby West.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Layton Chapel with the Rev. John Chancey and the Rev. Roy Mclamb officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.
She is survived by her stepmother, Doris H. West of Dunn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her caregiver, Pamela Short.

LISA ROSE PETERSON KREISBERG
SANFORD — Lila Rose Peterson Kreisberg, 90, died Monday (3/25/13) at her home.
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on Dec. 4, 1922, to the late Edward Peterson and Charlotte Gutfleisch Peterson. She was a retired elementary school teacher and librarian.
She is survived by her husband, Arnold Kreisberg; two sons, Norman Ramme of Tacoma, Wash., and Roger Ramme of Long Island, N.Y.; stepdaughter, Robin Kreisberg of Long Island, N.Y.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 12 to 1 p.m. at Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home and a memorial service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Bulls presiding.

CLARENCE RAY AGEE
CAMERON — Clarence Ray Agee, 81, died Tuesday (3/19/13) at FirstHealth Hospice House of Pinehurst.
Funeral service will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Edward Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake at 12 p.m. with full military honors.
He was born in Richmond, Ky. on Jan. 23, 1932, to John Gilbert and Celta Smith Agee. He retired from the U.S. Army with over 20 years of service and was a Korean War veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Gilbert and Celta Smith Agee; and three brothers, John Gilbert Agee Jr., Glenn Nelson Agee and J.B. Agee.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila Murphy Agee; two sons, Glenn Charles Agee and Scott Ray Agee and wife Cynthia, all of Cameron; one sister, Patsy Shouse of Kentucky; two brothers, Darrell G. Agee and Larry W. Agee, both of Kentucky; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

SANFORD — Funeral service for Louise Powers Brantley, 81, who died Saturday (3/23/13), was held Monday at 4 p.m. at Grace Chapel with Dr. Rudy Holland, the Rev. Tony Moore and the Rev. Bob Yandle officiating. Entombment followed at the church cemetery.
Pianist was Betty Sue McNeill. Soloist was Gary Ansley. Betty Sue McNeill also read a poem.
Members of the Annie Belle Register Sunday School Class and employees, volunteers and friends from the Enrichment Center of Lee County sat together as a group.
Pallbearers were Ronald McNeill, Jamie Beasley, Bryan McDonald, Travis Coley, James Hickman and David Willett.

SILER CITY — Bobby Louis White, 72, of 35 Martin White Road, died Tuesday (3/26/13) at Chatham Hospital in Siler City. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Knotts & Son Funeral Home in Siler City.

REIDSVILLE — Estella (Stella) Juanita Burns Hornaday, 47, died Monday (3/25/13) at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County.
Visitation will be held at Wilkerson Funeral Home of Reidsville today from 6 until 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Tripp Kimbrough, chaplain with Hospice of Rockingham County, officiating. Burial will follow at Reidlawn Cemetery in Reidsville.
She was born in Dunn on June 28, 1965, to Robert Jennings Burns and Florence (Ginger) Virginia Burns. She graduated from Harnett Central High School in Lillington in 1984. She worked as a Senior Administrative Coordinator at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, David Wesley Hornaday; sons, Kyle Hornaday and wife Whitney of Summerfield and Jason Hornaday and wife Crystal of Reidsville; three grandchildren; her father, Robert Burns and wife Ella Jane of Wintersville, Ohio; her mother, Ginger Burns of Mayodan; sister, Joyce Burns Thomas and husband Buddy of Sanford; mother-in-law, Betty Isley, and brothers-in-law, Mark and Nathan Hornaday, all of Summerfield; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Hospice Home of Rockingham County or the American Cancer Society.
