LINDA GRAY MCBRYDE TULLOCH
BROADWAY — Linda Gray McBryde Tulloch, 72, died Tuesday (1/15/13) at Central Carolina Hospital.
She was born in Hoke County, daughter of the late Leonard McBryde and Edith Roach McBryde.
Memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at Mt. Pisgah Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Doug Houston officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service in the Mt. Pisgah Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Tulloch of Broadway; sons, Billy Tulloch of Fuquay-Varina and Skeeter Tulloch of Broadway; sister, Shirley Johnson of Jacksonville, Fla.; brother, Mac McBryde (Jean) of Ashley Heights; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.

ROCHELLE WILLIAMS WALKER
SANFORD — Rochelle Williams Walker, 88, died Friday (1/18/13) at Parkview Retirement Home.
She was born in Lee County and was retired from W. Koury Company, Carnes Corporation and Walmart. She taught Sunday School and was a youth leader for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tan L. Walker; parents, Richard Wilton and Leacy Joyner Williams; four brothers, Wilbur, Herbert, Barden and Joyner Williams; and two sisters, Annie Stone and Florene White.
She is survived by one brother, Richard M. Williams of Concord; four sisters, Pauline Cox of Parkview Retirement Center, Frances Spivey and husband Wayne of Sanford, Clara Dean and Eula Belle Dickens of Broadway; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Gilbert McDowell officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 5422 St. Andrews Church Road, Sanford, N.C. 27332.

PITTSBORO — Bessie Mae Alston Scurlock, 83, of 910 Hillsboro St., died Thursday (1/17/13) at her residence. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Knotts Funeral Home.

SOUTHERN PINES — Annie Juanita Truelove, 77, died Thursday (1/17/13) at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
A celebration of life will be held today at 2 p.m. at Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eugene Ussery officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the home.
She was born in Charleston, S.C., on May 8, 1935, to Andrew and Carolyn Crosby Nelson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Carolyn Crosby Nelson; one son, Bobby Suggs; and one sister, Dolly Nelson.
She is survived by three sons, George Suggs of Vass, Andrew P. Suggs of South Carolina and Paul R. Suggs of Southern Pines; one sister, Grace Nelson of South Dakota; one brother, Andrew P. Nelson of South Carolina; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

SANFORD — Nancy S. Arel, 53, of 314 Village Dr. Apt. E, died Friday (1/18/13) at home.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Arel; mother, Mary Gates of New York; one brother, Roy John Gates of Creedmoor; three sisters, Mary H. Gates of Springfield, Pa., Leslie Ann Gates of Sanford and Irene Tooker of New York; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
