Lady Jackets make Tri-9 softball teams

Two Lady Yellow Jacket softball standouts, junior shortstop Chandler Patterson and senior catcher/first baseman Nikki Hoover, earned spots on the Tri-Nine's All-Conference teams this spring as the conference announced its postseason honors Wednesday.

Patterson made the All-Conference First Team as she totaled eight doubles, five home runs and 18 RBI as the Lady Jacket shortstop.

Hoover, primarily the starting catcher for the Jackets, made the second team. She had six doubles, four home runs and 16 RBI on the season.

Lindsey Hodge of conference champion Apex was Player of the Year.
