ECA Club tours Juniper Botanical Gardens
The Lemon Springs ECA club members posed for a picture at one of the popular tourist sites at the Juniper Botanical Gardens recently. Members attending were left to right, Gaynelle McIver, Mildred Smith, (former 4H Agent), Valerie Johnson, (President), Angela Jenkins, Gwynette Beverly, and Ashley Szilvay, FACS Extension Agent. Amanda Wilkins, Horticulture Agent, served as the tour guide and pointed out the beauty of the plants, shrubbery, trees and flowers, and those native to North Carolina. The weather was just perfect too.
