Lisa Diane Thomas
SANFORD — Lisa Diane Thomas, 55, of Sanford, passed away Friday (03/10/23).
She was born in Lee County on Sept. 29, 1967 to Donald Thomas and Theresa Campbell Thomas Cocolin. Lisa was a graduate of Western Harnett High School and was a member of Barbecue Presbyterian Church. She had the best sense of humor and made everyone laugh. Lisa had the biggest heart and would help anyone in need and loved her family more than anything. She owned and operated her own cleaning business.
Lisa is survived by her two sons, Jose A. Serrano (Michaela) of Hampton, Virginia and Antonio T. Serrano of Jersey City, New Jersey; siblings, Donna Thomas Shaw and Mike Thomas (Lori), both of Sanford, Jimmy Thomas (Tammy) of Oak Island and granddaughters, Juliana, Viktoria and Lorena.
A graveside service is 11 a.m. Friday at Barbecue Presbyterian Church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations, in her memory, to any animal rescue no-kill facility.
