Montrose Williams Simmons, 72, of 2218 Dalrymple St., Sanford, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Thursday at his home on a misdemeanor charge of making threatening phone calls.
Siana Patrease Smith, 20, of 1002 Burns Drive, Sanford, was cited at 5:35 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of Washington Avenue on misdemeanor charges of driving while license revoked and a safe movement violation.
Allen Ray Holmes, 59, of 109 S. Sixth St., Sanford, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of South Horner Boulevard on a charge of failing to appear in court.
Ebony Shantae Martin, 29, of 207 E. Main St., Sanford, was cited at 1:30 p.m. at her home on misdemeanor charges of larceny and possessing stolen property.
Marlin Anthony Smith, 32, of 3008 Paradise Way, Sanford, was cited at 1:24 p.m. in the 100 block of South Gulf Street on misdemeanor charges of driving while license revoked, hit-and-run and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Joseph William Rosales, 27, of 209 Carbonton Road, Sanford, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. Thursday in the 1500 block of Elm Street on charges of failing to appear in court.
The theft of a Kit Kat bar, valued at $3, was reported at 2:16 a.m. Friday at the Circle K store, 809 Carthage St.
The theft of five diapers, valued at $145, was reported at 8:18 p.m. Thursday at Food Lion, 2904 S. Horner Blvd.
Damage to two doors of a residence was reported at 3:56 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East Pearl Street.
The theft of two 12-packs of Bud Light beer was reported at 12:49 a.m. Thursday at the Circle K store, 2062 S. Horner Blvd.
The theft of two Tide detergent pods, worth $36, was reported at midnight Thursday at Family Dollar, 910 N. Horner Blvd.

Pamela Elaine Jones, 31, of 1712 Elm St., Sanford, was booked into the Lee County Jail at 5:07 p.m. Thursday on probation violation. Bail was set at $100,000 secured.
Noah Emmanuel McLean, 19, of 501 McIver St., Sanford, was booked into the Lee County Jail at 6:25 p.m. Thursday on a probation violation. Bail was set at $25,000.
Timothy Wade Cole, 34, of 5168 Olivia Road, Sanford, was booked into the Lee County Jail at 9:01 a.m. Friday on charges of failing to return a hired motor vehicle and motor vehicle rental fraud. Bail was set at $20,000 secured.
