The wreck occurred at 5:57 a.m. near Lemon Springs Road, according to a preliminary report filed by Trooper H. Williams.

A Sanford woman was killed Saturday in a two-vehicle crash on St. Andrews Church Road, the N.C. Highway Patrol said.
The wreck occurred at 5:57 a.m. near Lemon Springs Road, according to a preliminary report filed by Trooper H. Williams.
Wilma Louise Judd, 43, of the 200 block of Tempting Church Road, was operating a northbound Nissan Sentra when her car crossed the center line and hit a southbound Chevrolet pickup truck head-on, the report said.
Judd, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, Williams said.
The truck driver’s name was not immediately available.
