The championship battle in NCISAA Mid-Carolina Conference volleyball seesawed between Sanford and Clayton right down to Grace Christian’s regular-season finale Tuesday night.

The volleyball teams from Grace Christian and Lee Christian were in action on Tuesday evening, with the Crusaders coming out on top.

Since winning their final two matches of a season-opening tournament at home two weeks ago, Lee Christian’s volleyball team has kept on rolling.

Lee Christian had its first home volleyball matches of the 2021 season over the weekend, with the school hosting a tournament in which it played four times and came away with a 2-2 split.

Teams from both Grace Christian and Lee Christian will have their eyes on a trip to the state finals this afternoon. Crusaders fans can watch all of the action right here, while fans of the Falcons will need to take a road trip to Henderson.
